Isolation Play (for quick goals, use when you can identify a single weak defender on the other team):

1. the ball starts up top with 4.
2. 4 passes to 5.
3. 4, 6, and 7 go through to the opposite side.
4. 2 comes over the top.
5. 1 pops out.
6. 3 pops up.
7. 5 dodges to goal.

Motion Offense (use when you want a longer possession with a lot of options, or when you want to make the opposing defense tired):

1. the ball starts on the top with 6.
2. 6 passes to 5 and sets a screen.
3. 5 uses the screen and drives to goal.
4. if 5 does not have a shot, 5 passes to 2.
5. 1 and 2 do the same thing and pass it to 3 if there is no shot.
6. 3 and 4 do the same thing and pass to 6 if there is no shot.
7. repeat until there is a shot.
